Payment for digital goods in PayPal does not work. Where to click?

Hello.
Everything through the "sandbox" worked perfectly.
I switch to live and get an error after clicking on the payment button:

SetExpressCheckout API call failed. Detailed Error Message: You are not signed up to accept payment for digitally delivered goods.Short Error Message: Transaction refused because of an invalid argument. See additional error messages for details.Error Code: 10004Error Severity Code: Error

What can be wrong?
Who faced and how did you solve the problem?

You need to activate the option Digital payments (Digital goods) in your account settings. On this issue, you can contact PayPal Technical Support: https://ppmts.custhelp.com/app/home
