Payback period of the project?

What is the payback period for an IT project with costs up to 200 thousand rubles. is acceptable? (According to the calculations it turned out 3 years)

Depends on the reliability of the business that is done on this.
If it were a commercial building in a profitable area, then no one would be embarrassed by the payback and 10 years .
If this were a high- risk business that could be shut down at any moment, then they would hope for months, if not weeks at best .
The price doesn't matter. What matters is the guarantee that it will bring in more money than it will pay off.
For an existing business that will live for years, buying some kind of business support software that will allow you to start saving in a year (pays for itself in a year) is quite normal.
If it will pay off for you in 3 years, then it must be something very reliable so that you can receive money from it for 10 years.
If this thing pays off in 3 years, but is unlikely to live more than 5 years in general, then this is not very profitable.
The more guarantees, the less stringent the deadlines.
