Password decryption, mimikatz throws an error?

Hello, I'm trying to decrypt passwords from the Opera browser on my machine, I've tried different utilities and can't see the passwords. I took mimikatz but it also gives an error, on one forum they said there might be a broken profile.


there are rsa keys, here they are just old ones, can they somehow decrypt through them?
