Parsing terms and definitions?

Good hour.
Need definitions for:

  • Web Parser - What is a parser
  • Web Grabber - What is a Grabber
  • Web Scraper - What is Scraper

It's not clear, is a parser the same as a grabber? Then what is Scraper?
Google says:
  • 1. Grabber - a script, a code in Japanese that collects data
  • 2. Parser - software that converts to tables
  • 3. Scraper (how in Russian?) is .... as I understand the first and second.
Help write definitions for each term. And what are the differences.

Grabber - which ONLY COLLECTS AND STORAGES data Parser
- which ONLY PARTS already received data arrays
Scraper - is a complex for processing public data with maximum structuring and using numerous rules and templates, which allows anyone to maintain the actual replication of such data on its side. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Web_scraping
