What does the term "Terry Enterprise" mean?

Good day, People!)
I apologize for such a possibly stupid question, but it is reflected in the subject of the post.
I often began to hear this term (Especially in the comments of Habrahabr posts) , but I just can’t find its definition :(
PS: I also apologize for Tags, I conscientiously looked through the first 10 tabs of popular tags, but I still haven’t determined where it’s better to correlate it =)

@fredyk

means the same as "bloody enterprise"))
usually it is, to one degree or another, a combination of such parameters as:

  • a large project for a large client. usually on java or other dotnets.
  • perennial, with a ton of legacy to maintain.
  • large developer. with accompanying bureaucracy and rigidity, and the ensuing difficulties in the implementation of modern technologies and communication.
  • often monstrosity. take a look at https://github.com/EnterpriseQualityCoding/FizzBuz... this is a joke, of course, but often it turns out to be not far from reality.
