Parsing posts from VK to Telegram?

In general, there is a need to parse VK content from specified, open, foreign groups, and add it to the telegram channel by auto-posting. Interested in two solutions, but preferably both ready.
The first solution I see is to use a service, I'm more interested in pay-per-post services than subscriptions. They didn’t ban me on Google, I checked, I just want to use a proven, reliable service if I use it.
The second decision is to do this in php, but questions immediately arise how to parse and how to publish, yes, and here you can google, shamanize and write, but suddenly there is a ready-made solution, so I’m writing a question.
