Paid courses / internships / study abroad?

Good day!
I need to find courses / internships / training within one to two months. The subject is IT, almost everything from this area is interesting.
According to the terms August-September 2012.
The budget is 80,000 rubles. (only for training). It should be some kind of organization, preferably a university, but in general it doesn't matter.
The language of instruction is English.
The fact is that as a prize at the competition they gave out “pseudo-money”, which can only be spent on such things. I will be time for any ideas and advice, you can, of course, for a smaller amount.
From preferences - the USA, but now I am considering absolutely any options outside the CIS :)
