Packet loss on Cisco 9300, what is the reason?

Hello, there was such a problem, I have a Cisco 9300, a video conferencing server is connected to it, it works through a cryptorouter, which is also connected to the switch, and both the "external" interface and the "internal" (of course they are in different vlans). With such a connection, subscribers on the server lose packets (the loss switch does not register), but if the uplink is connected directly to the crypt (or vice versa, directly connect the server), then the losses disappear, with another cryptorouter the same thing, also on the old 3750 there are no such problems. What could be causing this behavior, and is there any way to fix it?

@NeiroNx

Throw it out. There have always been packet losses on them. Of course, I guess that the matter is in the magic MTU number.
