Packages any Symfony project must have?

Which Symfony 4 packages must have?
And which Symfony 3 packages mast have?
Also, what Symfony 2 and below packages mast have?

All Fabien's efforts over the past few years have been aimed at basically destroying such a thing as must have packages .
And Symfony 4 is just the fruit of these efforts.
The options for using the framework are endless. If we have a JSON API, then it does not need Twig and Form. If this is a set of console utilities, then no validator is needed. Etc.

And I honestly don't understand why the question mentions 3 and 2 versions.
Starting a Symphony 3 project today is like buying a horse and cart instead of a car.
