I'm launching. And the process hangs (i.e. it takes a long time and nothing changes) on:

I cancel the process. We return to the beginning (to the problem).
Here's what to do in this case? I tried the fucking experimental package...

Sit on stable and don't rock the boat. The experimental branch is by no means for newcomers to Debian.
