Owncloud, how to set up file deletion?

Installed Owncloud, everything works, except that the files cannot be changed. I looked at the folder where the program itself is located, it says "Read Only". I can't uncheck the box. Help solve this issue.

folder on the server? The checkmark is most likely related to access rights, look at the owner of the folder.
