Own torrent tracker?

Colleagues, good day!
There was a need to raise our own torrent tracker for a certain project in order to distribute large files. Actually, the task of a tracker is
1. To work as a tracker :)
2. To have minimal statistics, such as the number of peers / seeds
3. To be undemanding to resources
4. Stable work with a large number of clients
There are similar products on the Internet, like xbt-tracker - which has not been updated for about a year and a few more projects with a beerware license, which does not inspire confidence.

If for myself to earn on the link and banner advertising, then I do not advise.
There are few pages, write a "unique text" for each distribution, if not hire it yourself.
You will have to spend on the promotion of the service. Purchasing links, promotion of attendance by the banner network. And maybe in a year you will have 1000 visitors. But until then, you will spend money.
And in fact, google the rutracker engine, you can find and download it.
Any other open engines are. Tinker a little with bugs, look at the inside and go.
I advise you to share the Web on a remote server, for a start it can be VDS.
And distribute from your computer.
If you want to transfer large files for your own purposes, and not organize a community. That rises VPN or ftp.
