Own theme on wordpress. Problem with gallery plugins?

Question for wordpress gurus.
Wrote my topic. Everything works, but the gallery plugins do not work. None (tried 6 pieces). Everything works on the default theme.
If you insert a standard gallery without plugins, then when you click on the picture, it opens in the same window as a simple picture.
I've already read codex.wordpress (I made a topic on it), but there is nothing in the galleries there.
I know that it's in my topic, but I don't know which way to dig?

Do you have all the scripts loaded in the header?
