Is it difficult to make your own application, which will have only two fields. Where and enter a phone number. After entering and pressing the button, the data is sent to the Yandex service.
We want to hang a monitor in the office to call a taxi by employees. Not all phones are modern. And as I understand it, Yandex does not provide an api for a taxi.

Maybe it's easier to request Yandex itself? It is possible that they have an API and even special prices for some kind of "wholesalers". And just like that, distributing an open API is like putting a plate of honey near the flies - they will flood with bots.
By the way, for the last reason, most likely "your application" will be quickly banned by Yandex ...
