Own dns-server for the domain, is it good?
Hey!
In general, is it better to raise your own DNS server for the domain or use a ready-made solution (Yandex, ru-center, dns from hosting)?
As far as I understand, all serious projects have their own DNS, or is it not?

If there is only one server, then it doesn’t make much difference, except that it’s more convenient to edit your own, if there are a lot of servers and domain 1, then if your NS falls, your other servers will not be available by name. You can combine, for example, keep the primary at home, and the secondary somewhere on a third-party free service.
Yes, serious ones who earn millions have their own, 99.99 percent of projects on the Internet are not serious, judging by your question, you are just not serious.
First, not one, but two (at least). Secondly - in different class C subnets.
In general, for the sake of experiment, it's worth raising them. And so in production, use someone else's dns-server.
