OwlCarousel - when you first click on the paging button, the first slide remains, but the second one appears in the background, why?

There is a slider with 4 slides. When I refresh the page and click on the button to scroll through the slide, the first slide remains, but you can see that the second one appears in the background, and then when you click everything is fine.
And this happens exactly when you click on the button, but if you scroll with the mouse button held down, then everything works fine.
