Owl carousel how to change only the image?

I have a slider with before and after blocks. How can I make it so that only the picture in these sliders changes. And the blocks before, after remained in their places, to make two sliders?

Take out the structure of before and after outside the scrolling slide (attach them to the parent element of the slider, for example) - then only the picture will scroll.
