OUTLOOK trying to get data?
Good afternoon! People tell me where to dig. There is exchange 2010 and Outlook versions from 2010 to 2016 from time to time users complain that the latter freezes and the OUTLOOK message appears trying to get data. At the time of such a ping freeze, the speed of suspicious activity does not show, CPU and RAM on the exchange too. Around 200 are actively using about 280 boxes. 32GB of memory, SSD are allocated. The problems started about a month ago, literally as the former system engineer left.

Hey!
1) Look in the direction of the protocol for which 2016 works with 2010 Exchangem. If my memory serves me, there were some dances there.
2) Do you use cache mode? If so, try turning it off for the test group.
