Outlook 2016, inbox display setting?

Colleagues, I appeal to the collective mind, because I didn’t manage to reproduce a similar problem in myself, as well as solve it :(
There is one user, I don’t know what he pressed, changed, but now all incoming letters are displayed as from myself What I tried to do:
1) Reinstalling the office - did not help.
2) Resetting default views - didn't help.
3) Recreated the mail profile - did not help.
4) Reset the cache - did not help.
At the same time, everything is fine in OWA. Podglyuchal PY myself - also everything is OK.
I don't even know what else to try :(
