Outlook 2016 freezes while running IMAP?

There is Outlook 2016, the mail server is yandex (we work via IMAP).
We start, it works - everything is correct. Close (no errors, correctly). We try to open again - it does not open. An icon hangs in the tray, and it becomes gray with a cross sign. The problem is solved only by removing the "Microsoft Outlook" task (the icon is also gray). We remove the task, press run - it immediately opens.
What could be the problem? Tried outlook 2019 - same problem.

No, don't close. While there is an icon, Outlook has not completed its work (processes data on yandex).
