How to programmatically set a filter on a folder in the mail?

Good day.
Now I am writing my email client, and I need to make it possible to create a folder and set a filter for the folder. The problem is just the second: how to do it programmatically using C# ?
I went through several Imap libraries (s22, ae.net.mail, mailkit, etc.), but they can only create folders, and do not set a filter.
Now I have done everything at a primitive level: when a letter is received, it is analyzed and placed in the right folder, but this is not an option if, in addition to my program, another mail client is used.
Maybe I missed something, or didn't google it. I will be glad to advice.
