Outlook 2003 PST file, can you help?

Hey folks, I have a huge PST file larger than 10GB with thousands of emails. Today it didn't open and showed - Outlook .pst cannot be accessed - 0x80040116. ScanPst did not help, it only recovered a certain percentage of the data. Can someone help me restore outlook?

In case ScanPst did not help you, it may mean that the .pst file is badly damaged.
