Outline Shadow does not work in Cinema 4D What is the reason and how to fix it?

When you click the checkbox next to Outline Shadow , in theory, when rendering, a shadow should be emitted from the object in the form of a stroke, but nothing like that happens, as if you didn’t check the box.
What could be the reason and how can I fix it?

Change the render type from Physical to Standard. The Physical Renderer renders Soft Shadows into Area Shadows. In short, it changes the shadow type.
