Hello!
Today I noticed how an incomprehensible site visited my site))
How is it?
It turns out that the wp statistic plugin is installed and it shows the last visitors, by which link they got to the site and IP, and, as it were, all visitors follow the links to my site, but some site came in as if there were mentions of my site, break your head)
Is it some kind of bot, or what?

They put a link to you, possibly in the form of oEmbed.

Situations can be different...
1) For example, someone posted a link to an image from your site on their site. And when you visit such pages, your server will "suffer". To do this, enable hotlink protection
2) Someone really put a link to your site and people went to your site from it (referrers)
3) As Igor Vorotnev noted, someone added oEmbed
