OS X Yosemite not installing on SSD Plextor 128M6s?

I decided to put an SSD drive in the body of the MBP '11. I installed an optibey drive with a native HDD instead. In its place is a Plextor 128M6s SSD. The solid state is not defined. Through the disk utility it is displayed, but it is not possible to partition into sections - there is an eternal creation of partitions. I tried to connect the SSD as an external drive - everything is fine, everything sees and works. I installed the axis on it, it starts without problems via USB. I insert inside the MBP - the same situation - the SSD is not displayed, but in the disk. The utility is displayed as a drive, but with a different partition name and it is also not possible to fix the disk or re-create the partition - eternal minutes.
Please tell me how to solve the problem???

Did your drive work fine before?

The drive worked fine. Now I put the original hard drive in Optibay, there is nothing in its place - and everything works. Today I will update the firmware and try to plug in the SSD again.
