OS won't boot after migrating Windows Server 2012 to Raid 1?

There is a H270M Pro4 motherboard with 1TB HDD and 256GB SSD, it was necessary to make 2 raid1 with everything saved as it was.
UEFI initially had Intel Raid instead of AHCI and the OS boots normally. drivers for raid in OS are installed.
The OS is installed on the HDD. I bought an HDD and SSD of the appropriate sizes and first assembled the SSD raid1 (acronis backup), the OS booted normally with the first SSD raid1.
I made a full backup of the disk with Acronis and AOMEI just a backup of the OS just in case. Collected HDD raid1 restored a full backup and Windows Server 2012 stopped loading. The wheel spins after the "inaccessible boot device" error appears without code, and so 3 times after it boots into recovery mode. Tried bootrec /rebuildbcd says 0 systems found.
When you disconnect one disk from the raid, the OS boots. I tried to disassemble the raid in UEFI and after loading the OS I created raid1 using Intel Rapid, the result is the same. I also restored AOMEI OS backup with the same result. With all these manipulations, just in case, I turned off the SSD raid.

Tell me, what else can you try to do?

Install Hyper-V Server and deploy Acronis backup as a virtual machine (he can do it).
