OS reinstallation for OpenVZ ProxmoxVE container

Actually, I can’t understand / find in the proxmox admin panel a reinstallation of the OS / template for the openvz container, or is it only possible through the console?

And ... what is reinstalling the OS?
I know only two options:
1) Created a new container, dragged files, extinguished the old container, registered its MAC, IP and what else it has in the new one.
2) After creating and fully configuring the container, stop it, make a new image out of it, and now we have our customized openVZ template

If the reinstallation occurs from an ISO image, then the console starts anyway and when loading the virtual PC, press F12, where we select boot from CD and reinstall.
Without a console, it will not be possible to install the OS, because. initial settings are required, as elsewhere.
I hope I understood the question correctly.
