Origin of diff file

I ask for help as a more experienced one.
As they say, one head is good, but many are better.

There is a diff file from a binary file.
With what it was done is unknown.
The structure has a subplot that is related to java.
The file is attached .
Maybe someone can identify the structure.

Accordingly, I want to know with what help it can be applied.
