Organizer with the ability to externally link to the to-do list, which one?

I dug up online organizers.
I found one thing among them: a public link to the list of tasks for the week / for the month, so that in the reading mode, anyone using the link could get acquainted with the plan for the month without the ability to edit, but with the ability to comment.
Tell ?
Of course, this should also include joint planning of the list.
And the solution is cross-platform (it should definitely be for phones)

Wanderlist doesn't fit? There you can create a list and connect everyone you need to it.

Evernote - you can share a notebook and add everyone you need.
Wunderlist - You can also add people to share tasks. You can even set a due date for the task. And there are all sorts of goodies like lists. GoogleNow integration
Also excellent GoogleKepp, browser version, access by mail. Labels can be hung on tasks so as not to get confused. And it integrates perfectly with GoogleNow.
