One network has ip addresses 192.168.0.2 - 192.168.0.6 another 192.168.1.2 - 192.168.1.6
And stick a printer into the LAN port for a regular PC?
And how to give all computers access to the printer?
How to block access from one network to another on the switch?

VLAN, remove routes.

Printer in port for a regular PC. With a scheme like yours, if the switch does not have L3 functions, then nothing.
