Organization of two peer-to-peer networks with one switch and a network printer?

Laboratory, I deal with networks
Here is a scheme I threw in
5abbdbb206018300503086.png
One network has ip addresses 192.168.0.2 - 192.168.0.6 another 192.168.1.2 - 192.168.1.6
And stick a printer into the LAN port for a regular PC?
And how to give all computers access to the printer?
How to block access from one network to another on the switch?

A printer to stick into the LAN port for a regular PC?

Where else? Whether you in WAN that wanted to offer to thrust?
register cross routes for both networks in the router. Google it. Even on YouTube, there are 10-minute training videos, where everything is laid out on the shelves.
VLAN, remove routes.
Depends on the router.

Printer in port for a regular PC. With a scheme like yours, if the switch does not have L3 functions, then nothing.
