Organization of learning something new, languages?

The New Year holidays are coming. Now I will have at my disposal up to 10 hours of free time a day. I wanted to know from you how you organize the process of learning and recreation. I want to learn ruby, rails, and prepare for exams. So far, I'm just using Anki for spaced repetitions. How much time to devote to theory, practice, problem solving, rest?
Thanks in advance!

Do you really think there is a perfect schedule? Or is there just nothing else to ask? You don't need to take time to rest. When the brain begins to smoke, we rest. Until the smoke goes - we plow.
Smoke from the brain = a sharp drop in efficiency

Well, if this makes you feel better, then for a start, get up and go to bed at the same time. I do not know how you rest, so I can not advise. For example, I go to the pool or sauna. I'm taking a specialist to this. days and time so as not to go in cycles in study or work

work-study during the New Year holidays - this is workaholism
in order to work well - you need to have a good rest, with a full reboot
, sometimes it's better to get a little drunk on the
way

I realized for myself that it is useless to organize time, such as from such and such to such and such an hour, and then from such and such to such and such an hour I rest. You just sit down and start doing something, if it drags you out, then you are really interested in it, and then it will not matter what you have planned for yourself there.
