Organization of a call center with a web interface
I am new to ip telephony. Tell me what technologies can be used to implement in the web interface of the site admin panel (online store on CScart on a server on the Internet) the ability to receive incoming calls, dial, i. implement CRM by and large. Asterisk is used as the ip PBX server (on the local network). After reading the implementation options, I came to the conclusion that webrtc is suitable, using jssip or sipml5. But I would like to know if someone has used these solutions, is it even possible to implement the work of a call center (no more than 10 operators)? we need the functions of an automatic call to all operators' phones, call hold, automatic number detection and opening a client card (in the api of the above frameworks, there seems to be the possibility of processing the call reception event), etc. standard functions of a regular softphone (now 3cx is used). Perhaps there are some ready-made solutions for such integration of a web phone on a site page.
With all respect, Andrew

To receive calls, you will need either an external telecom provider that provides an external phone number, or a GSM / PSTN gateway into which you can plug SIM cards to receive calls. If this is CRM, then most likely you need a scalable solution and you will need to rent a pool of numbers from the provider. These numbers will receive calls and your Asterisk server will distribute them to operators.
webrtc will really come in handy if CRM operators will be using Chrome or FF.
It doesn't work in IE yet.
jssip or sipml5 should be carefully tested, because bugs may come out that cannot be fixed in a reasonable time. By the way, call retention in WebRTC works through workrounds for some reason. I know that Flashphoner holds and transfers for WebRTC work. I haven't tested it in sipml5.
it's more Asterisk's job to send this data to the Web phone
It's in every API. Once the incoming call is visible, then there is a corresponding event.
I have not seen more ready-made software solutions than Flashphoner. There are a bunch of SAAS. Maybe them?
Don't know. but it looks like this flashphoner.com software is just right for this project
Yes, there are ready-made solutions, with already implemented integration with many applications, such as 1s, megaplan, Terrasoft. Look here www.oktell.ru/plugins/crm Here is a list of CRM-systems.
