Orders are not uploaded from bitrix to 1s, what should I do?
The problem is the following. We moved to a new hosting, the site was transferred with all the settings 1 to 1. Orders stopped uploading. Bitrix itself issues orders at the link https://site.ru/bitrix/admin/1c_exchange.php?type=... (see screenshot). And 1s (UT), in turn, says in the logs: 09/19/2018 13:38:00
- No documents for processing 09/19/2018 13:38:00
- A message to the site that orders have been received and processed, delivered.
The time and time zone on the servers are the same.
UTF-8 encoding in PHP and msql is set.

Generally understood.
The problem was on the 1s side, the XML upload did not specify tax rates. In the exchange setting on the 1s side, I indicated a fixed tax value and the exchange went.
