How to add slides to Bitrix banner?

Hello!
I use the bitrix:advertising.banner component
but I can’t figure out how to add slides to it, when editing the slider in the visual editor, an empty window appears, at first I thought I had a jamb with the settings, I looked at the Bitrix website there the same thing, I choose editing - the same empty window , in the admin panel itself, I also did not find anything on loading slides.
