Could you tell me how I can order according to my required logic in the search in the filter by type and properties of item details in the 1C: Trade Management accounting system?
because the name of the details is sorted in the search by the "Alphabetical" way, but do I need to arrange it in an individual way for the convenience of the search?

So that each type of property, well, there is only refinement. Handling the event When the Property was changed, the sorting conditions were changed.
