(Oracle) Is it possible to rollback after COMMIT (UNDO Segment?)?

I read that there is a certain UNDO segment, but I can not find information on how to work with it.
It is necessary to update the data in 3 tables on a large sample on the combat database.
I would like to be able to roll back.
It’s impossible to simply restore from a copy, because. there may be other changes after the commit.
Of course, a change history table is kept, in theory it will be possible to write a rollback script to previous values.
But the UNDO segment haunts. Since there is a similar mechanism, which seems to also take into account changes after saving the data before the transaction.
I interrogated five oraclists from the contact list - they goggled their eyes, they say we hear for the first time.

There is Flashback . It can do a lot of things, including Flashback Transaction. Perhaps it will suit you.
