Please share your experience in optimizing Microsoft Lync (2010) in terms of video / screen sharing.

The situation is as follows, the image is transmitted in frames (delays up to 10-15 seconds when updating the entire frame)
while the channel is almost completely free. Redrawing small objects (small window) is fast enough.

Is there any way to optimize image transmission? lower the quality of the transmitted picture, etc.
something "corporation of good" did not give any clear instructions
