I'm looking for ways to optimize the site, here's what it gives on page speed:

I have a couple of questions:
1) A js question, is it possible to somehow optimize the loading of Google metrics, as far as I know they are loaded asynchronously and do not interfere with the main thread, but what does page speed want from me then?
2) Question on wordpress: when I clicked on the first link on the screen, I was brought to a file with plugin js code, the question is, what can I do to reduce the file size?
I also found that for some reason I have 2 jquery libraries connected, although I use the
wp_deregister_script('jquery'); disconnected and connected your version, what could it be connected with?
