Optimal sheaf PHP+Apache2?

Can you please explain how to run PHP?
Important Points

  1. Should work from the user. No www-data and chmod 777
  2. Ability to disable directives in custom .htaccess

So far I see a choice among PHP-FPM, mod_ruid2, mod_fastcgi

@OnYourLips

nginx + php7.0-fpm

Ability to disable directives in custom .htaccess
Why do you need it? You will not host your applications, but third-party users?

@Akuma

1. Use mod_ruid2.
2. Here I will not prompt unfortunately.
