Operators in Yandex search not working?

Whatever I type in the Yandex search today, capturing the phrase in quotation marks, it simply ignores them.

Corrected the title, now not only quotes, but in general, not a single operator turns out to work in Yandex.

Works for me. Try different quotes (cyrillic and latin).

It simply does not find your phrase and, in order not to show 0 results, it gives out some partial matches (what the heck, really).
It seems that even the figure of 36 thousand is fake. I typed a completely different query in quotes, got the same one.
