Only authorized users of Habrahabr can upload files to habrastorage.org. Log in please.

I just can't get to habrastorage.org under opera 11.62, Mac OS Lion 10.7.3
In chrome, everything is fine.

Somehow it helped me with the entrance to the main one under Windows, although everything is fine on the poppy, it can help.
In the context menu of the page:
Settings for the site->Network->[✓]Send data about the referring page

Opera should work, something is wrong specifically with your browser. I get this message when I disable cookies. You may have cookies disabled on this site.

You need to allow cross-domain cookies. Opera's default setting seems to be "Allow cookies only for the site you're visiting".
