Opera blocks EVERYTHING?
After another crash on one of the sites, opera 11.01 began to block everything in general. Any address opens as an inscription of a page with text
Web Address Blocked.
The address… is blocked by the content blocker. To undo the block, open the context menu for the page, select the content blocker, and remove the address from the list of blocked content.
To undo the block, right-click on the page, select "Block Content", and click the "Details" button to edit the list of blocked content.

You don't need to delete all settings. Delete only urlfilter.ini. And it’s better not to even delete it, but to look in it for lines containing the address of the problem site and delete only them (with Opera closed).
Try deleting all opera files manually. And this is:
\Program Files\Opera
\Documents and Settings\User\Local Settings\Application Data\Opera\Opera\
and reinstall opera
Have you looked at blocked content on right click, "block content"? This is a block list for the current site, there is another one in opera - system-wide, from Settings -> Content -> Blocked content opens. Check it out too.
