Opera 12 x64 SSL work

After the update, I began to notice a very frequent occurrence of an error when working through ssl. The message is displayed: "Unable to complete secure transaction
Secure connection: fatal error (50)
Transmission error."
Moreover, some sites cannot be opened at all, since the default ssl is used there, for example, the same contact. There is a suspicion that the opera does not simply accept these certificates. Maybe someone else has experienced something similar

Was opera installed on top of 11.xx or was it a clean install?
