OpenWRT: how to connect to Wi-Fi a device that works only in master mode?

There is an action camera Sjcam SJ4000 Wi-Fi, which can stream video using the rtsp protocol. The camera creates its own Wi-Fi access point, to which you can connect and see the stream at rtsp://192.168.1.254/sjcam.mov .

My idea is to use the camera as a surveillance camera with Wi-Fi connection and remote access.

There is a Xiaomi mi router 4 router with OpenWRT on board, to which you need to connect this camera, but the camera cannot work in Wi-Fi client mode, only in access point mode (Wi-Fi master). How to solve the problem of connecting the camera to the network?

The option with the bridge mode is not quite suitable, because. then the router will try to access the Internet through the camera, which will not work. Also, there is no USB on the router, and it is also impossible to occupy one of the radio modules, because. Both ranges are needed.

Well, OpenWRT knows how to be a client. Set up the desired network, put it in the bridge - and that's it
