OpenSSH (SSH) rights and permissions?

Hello!
It is necessary that each user in SSH, SFTP and SCP has his own folder in which he had all the rights and could go down, but he could not go up the directories and go into other people's folders!
It is also important for some users to block SSH commands, and for some users to be placed in screen and prevent them from changing the screen.
How to implement everything and what to do?!
Tell me, please, without ignoring!

By default, the user is already limited to writing only to the home directory. If you need it to be unable to read anything further than the home directory, there is a chroot.
