OpenSource library to visualize relationships between modules?

Actually a subject. Modules are presented in a custom descriptive form (XML schema), so there are no ready-made solutions for visualization.
Required functionality:

• Grouping module properties (fields, tasks, etc.)
  
• Ability to specify the type of connection (for example, the type of connecting arrow) or make a caption to it
  
• Auto-arrangement of module images
