Openserver - after changing the versions of modules, how to restore the databases

In OpenServer, each version of the database stores data in a separate folder, so when changing versions, data must be transferred.
As usual, make a dump on the old version and import this dump into the new one.
Alternatively, you can try to physically copy the database files from the old version to the new one and perform mysql_upgrade (if the upgrade is from an older to a newer version), but it is still recommended to copy through the dump.
