Openserver + composer proxy?

As I understand it, a modern developer is nowhere without a composer. But I have such a situation - the Win 7 x64 axis. That is, I develop on OpenServer through its console (because NetBins only sees files locally). But there is a proxy at work. At home, the composer is installed without problems.
