How to understand if ipv4 is a proxy or ipv6?

добрый день.

недавно покупал прокси и обнаружил странную особенность.

Сервисы, типа ipqualityscore.com и https://api.myip.com/ определяют его как ипв 6 прокси 2601:281:c100:2b80:897f:6c8f:a000:77cf

А сервисы типа 2ip.ru и прочие отображают как ипв 4 73.217.48.231

При этом, когда я захожу с этим прокси на сайт, который НЕ поддерживает ипв 6, то сайт загружается.

Т.е. вроде как делаем вывод, что это ипв 4 все-таки. Но возникает вопрос, а чего тогда некоторые сервисы отображают его как ипв6?

Как такое возможно? И кто прав в итоге?

The host name is usually passed to the proxy server, then the proxy resolves it to an IPv4 and/or IPv6 address. In this case, different options are possible - a proxy can resolve names only in IPv4, only in IPv6, first in IPv6, and if there is no IPv6 address in the name in IPv4, or vice versa, or randomly select IPv4 / IPv6 addresses from the list of available addresses.
You can check as you are checking - go through a proxy to a host that has both IPv4 and IPv6 addresses and see what address (IPv4 or IPv6) the proxy came from. Or just ask proxy service support for a name resolution strategy.
If you strictly need IPv4 or IPv6 you can resolve the name on your side and have the proxy pass the IPv4 or IPv6 address.
