Openmeetings - video / audio behind the local network, how to be?

Due to the need, it was necessary to deploy the Openmeetings video conferencing server, everything works fine, BUT only on the local network.

I just can’t win the audio / video exchange with the external network, all clients from the external network see themselves, but they don’t see the others and don’t hear.
Ports 5080, 5443, 8888 were first forwarded to UFW. For the test, the same ports were opened on the firewalls of win-clients.
Clients authenticate on port 5443 https, but ssl is not released yet, just ignoring the security warning.

OM 5 (tomcat3 script)
Ubuntu 18.04

Q: Is the lack of ssl a hindrance to streaming? Has anyone encountered such a problem? How did you decide?

Is the lack of ssl a hindrance to streaming?

yes it is, browsers do not allow access to the camera/microphone without normal ssl. Although it is possible, but unlikely, that has changed.
In addition, antiviruses can also soar brains, they wrote that the standard Windows antivirus blocks and you need to add exceptions.
Well, another unpleasant thing is the ubiquitous NATs, a lot of settings from different sides, turn \ stun \ ice and other delights of rtp traffic.
